The Pro plan includes a 4-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at the start of the trial but is not charged until the trial period ends.
If you cancel before the 4-day trial ends, you will not be charged and your account will move to the Free plan at the end of the trial period. No refund is needed because no payment is taken.
To cancel your trial, go to Settings → Billing → Open billing portal.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service contract from the date it begins. However, when you start a Pro trial, you are requesting immediate access to the Pro features before the 14-day cooling-off period ends.
By starting the trial and using the Pro features, you acknowledge that your 14-day cooling-off right begins from the date your trial starts (not from the date of payment). If a charge is taken and you request cancellation within 14 days of that charge, we will consider your request and may provide a partial or full refund depending on usage, consistent with our obligations under UK consumer law.
After a subscription payment has been taken (i.e., after the trial ends or on renewal), subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
However, we are a small team and we handle every situation fairly. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, if you experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
Annual plan payments are non-refundable after the initial 14-day cooling-off period. If you wish to cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the annual period and your plan will not renew.
If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period from your annual payment and have not made significant use of the service, contact us and we will consider a full refund.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, charged after cancelling, charged the wrong amount, or charged twice — contact us at hello@owl-path.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your registered email address and the date of the charge.
We will investigate and, if it was an error, refund you in full within 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you are a UK consumer and you feel our service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may have the right to a price reduction or a repeat performance. Contact us to discuss.
